One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Providing administrative and health care management support through research, analysis, and evaluation of raw data to advise leadership on consistency with command policies and operating procedures; 2) Analyzing workload statistics; and 3) Developing methods to track progress toward established benchmarks and goals. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
One year of specialized experience which includes: 2) Utilizing electronic healthcare systems to evaluate clinical processes and recommend operational solutions; 2) Performing program analysis to ensure compliance, quality of service, and outpatient care standards in a healthcare setting; and 3) Developing and executing departmental budgets. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
