In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes includes managing and improving access-to-care operations by strengthening appointment and scheduling processes, coordinating referral and contracted services, advising leadership on health care delivery processes, overseeing patient communication platforms, and providing supervisory support to administrative staff. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
