Qualifications

• PharmD or BS Pharmacy Degree required.
• Active pharmacist licensure with NC Board or obtainable before start.
• Seven years' pharmacist experience, including supervisory roles.
• Experience in program planning, project management and finance.
• PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Admin & Leadership counts as supervisory.

Responsibilities

• Direct pharmacy operations, policies, budget and resource use.
• Lead quality initiatives and ensure medication safety and compliance.
• Develop drug-use initiatives and collaborate with clinical leadership.
• Oversee inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory, infusion and retail pharmacies.
• Drive performance, staff development and pharmacy care improvements.
• Represent pharmacy on system-wide committees and informatics projects.
