Job summary

Emplify Health by Bellin in Green Bay, WI is seeking a finance leader to drive forecasting of system revenues and expenses and to act as a key financial partner across service lines.

You will present financial plans to system leadership, guide year-end work, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration and 5 years healthcare or 7 years non-healthcare experience; hybrid schedule and WI/MI residency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration required.
• Five years health care or seven years non-health care applicable business experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads system forecasting of revenues and expenses.
• Contributes in a key role of financial plan preparation; both annual and five-year financial plans.
• Communicates financial plans to system leadership.
• Performs value-added analysis and support to achieve system financial and operational targets.
• Performs numerous special projects as requested by health system leadership.
• Completes financial analysis for leaders to aid in management and business decisions.
