Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
- Ten+ years of progressive technology leadership in complex healthcare organizations.
- Experience leading digital transformation, consumer-facing digital capabilities, and enterprise AI adoption.
Responsibilities
- Develop and champion enterprise IT and digital strategic plan with multi-year roadmap.
- Lead digital transformation across Temple Health entities to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
- Oversee IT operations, security, governance, and budget with vendor management and risk oversight.
- Partner with Temple University IT and Lewis Katz School of Medicine to align research and education priorities.
