Accenture seeks a seasoned Strategy leader specialized in Healthcare to drive senior client engagements, build and mentor high-performing teams, and deliver actionable roadmaps at the intersection of business, technology and operations.

You’ll guide quantitative analysis and research, shape strategic options, and partner with senior leaders to realize transformative outcomes while traveling as needed up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years at a large strategy or health boutique consulting firm.
• Minimum 5 years in Healthcare Provider and/or Payer Industry in areas like corporate development, transformation or internal strategy.

• Run delivery of healthcare strategy projects, guiding options in global, economic, technology and social trends.
• Lead teams to deliver world-class strategy solutions for healthcare clients.
• Earn trust of senior client leaders and partner on strategic technology-business solutions.

You Are:

A Strategy guru with tons of experience in the Healthcare Strategy industry and top-flight leadership and management skills. Your expertise advising clients in the Healthcare Strategy industry on data-driven strategies to transform their business operations or business model so they can crush their strategic, financial, and operational goals. As a manager, you’re a natural at building and bringing out the best in teams. And you’re a problem’s worst nightmare, thanks to your prodigious analytical and creative chops. Communication and people skills you have both in spades, along with a strong desire to work in an information systems environment.

The Work:

• Run delivery of projects to get the lay of the land of clients’ position in the Healthcare Strategy to find clients’ business options in the context of global, economic, technology, and social trends.

• Head up teams to deliver world-class business strategy solutions that meet the needs of clients in the Healthcare Strategy.

• Earn the trust of senior leaders at client organizations and partner with them to create strategic solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and operations.

• Lead project delivery to make sure clients are positioned for long-term success with practical road maps for carrying out strategy, managing change, monitoring and gauging processes, and taking remedial steps.

• Provide overall guidance on quantitative analysis and research to generate recommendations and insights and drive outcomes.

• Build relationships with clients to sustain Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.

• Fortify Accenture’s Strategy practice and role as a thought leader by creating content and taking part in professional forums, both internal and external.

• Mentor junior members of the Strategy team and prepare them for more responsibility within their roles and organization.

• Focus areas include cost transformation, performance improvement, innovative business and operating models, mergers and acquisitions, digital health, and product strategy.

• Travel as needed, up to 80%.

Here’s What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum of 3 years of experience at a large strategy or health boutique consulting firm.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Healthcare Provider and/or Payer Industry in one or more of the following areas of corporate development, transformation or internal strategy

• Health Innovation / Disruption

• Health Strategy and Growth

• Health Transformation

Bonus Points if:

• You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree.

• You have any publications or thought leadership materials.

• You’re proficient in PowerBI, Tableau or Alteryx.

• You’re experienced in Blockchain, AI, Cloud, Machine Learning.

• You have excellent communication (written and oral) skills.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
