Job summary

TPG is seeking a Health and Social Impact Associate to support The Rise Funds within its Y Analytics team. You will conduct impact assessments, synthesize evidence, and deliver client-ready insights on education, healthcare, financial inclusion, and impact technology.

You will work across deal teams, manage multiple projects under tight timelines, and develop quantitative analyses to quantify societal outcomes, supporting strategic investment decisions at scale.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and minimum 2 years of full-time work experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving under tight timelines.
• Ability to synthesize quantitative research and deliver actionable insights.
• Experience with academic or sector research is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct impact assessments and diligence for Rise Fund investments.
• Communicate findings to deal teams with high-quality deliverables.
• Support cross-functional research and content development for the Y Analytics team.
