San Francisco Unified School District seeks a Manager II, Health Services to provide strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management for district health programs.

You will lead a large team of school-based nurses and coordinators, ensure compliance with health mandates, manage MOUs and public health partnerships, and secure departmental funding while collaborating across divisions to center students and families.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; advanced degree preferred.
• Three years of professional-level experience in a large, urban school district or human resources/educational setting.
• Strategic leadership and management experience in K-12 settings preferred.
• Up to 4 years of education requirement may be substituted for additional experience.

• Direct management of nursing staff and coordinators within the Nurse Cohort Model and central nursing team.
• Oversee grant and budget development, monitoring, and fiscal management for programs.
• Lead data strategies and drive continuous programmatic and operational improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders across SFUSD and public health partners to align policies and procedures.
