• Review data, documentation, and work products to validate accuracy, completeness, and consistency with program requirements.
• Apply operations consulting methods and digital tooling to improve grant-related workflows, metrics, and process visibility.
• Coach junior team members on deliverable development, review cycles, and client service execution.
• Analyze operational trends and business performance metrics to identify process improvements and service gaps.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders to gather requirements and support implementation activities.
• Use change management and process improvement to support modernization efforts in provider operations.
• Adapt grant administration approaches to align with health services industry needs and quality expectations.
