Job summary

Centurion seeks a Health Services Administrator – Registered Nurse to lead the clinical program at Maryland Correctional Institution - Hagerstown. This full-time role oversees operations, planning, coordinating, and supervising services for inmates in a correctional setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active Maryland RN license, has at least three years of administrative and supervisory experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Active RN license to practice in Maryland.
• Three years of administrative, management and supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Health Care Administration, Health and Human Services, Business Administration, Public Administration, Nursing or related field preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication with staff and institutional administration.
• Corrections experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain security clearance (drug screen and background check).

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the contracted clinical program at the designated correctional facility.
• Plan, coordinate, direct, and supervise the clinical program providing services to patients in a correctional setting to meet contract requirements.
• Ensure compliance with contractor and facility policies and security protocols.
