Western Secure Treatment Unit (WSTU) is a secure post-adjudication facility that provides comprehensive services to young women (14-21), using a trauma-informed, strength-based, gender responsive model. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential. The facility features residential student dormitories, on-site schooling, a vocational CTE student work training program, a dining hall, and extracurricular opportunities for the young men. Pay: $75,000/annually

What you will do: The HSA ensures that the facility is compliant with all contracts, ACA standards and licensing requirements related to medical-related treatment. Monitors, evaluates, and determines appropriate levels of care; assures the delivery of essential care needs and quality of service provided; provides consultation services to assist in adhering to stands; does related work as required. Has managerial responsibility (both administrative and clinical) for the medical unit. Administers and coordinates all medical/dental/psychiatric service. Is on 24-hour call to respond to emergencies.
Schedule: 5 Days on, 2 Days off
