Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years delivering reference and research consulting in academic or special library settings with health sciences focus.
• Experience using discovery resources in health sciences (PubMed, Embase, Cochrane, CINAHL) and with multidisciplinary databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced, complex consulting and research services to RAND staff and projects.
• Conduct systematic reviews and literature searches; prepare literature reviews and annotated bibliographies.
• Support evidence synthesis intake; train on systematic/scoping review methods.
• Assist researchers with proposal planning and topic scoping.
• Build information and current awareness plans; evaluate new tools and resources.
• Collaborate in hybrid environment; participate in outreach and service enhancements.
