Job summary

OGE Energy Corp. seeks a Health, Safety, & Quality Rep Senior or Staff to deliver safety, training, and compliance services to field operations and leadership. The role emphasizes risk mitigation, incident investigations, and safety program development across sites in Fort Smith-area operations.

The selected candidate will monitor regulatory changes, perform KPI analyses, and guide corrective actions within a Health, Safety, and Environmental framework ensuring adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Safety or related field is required.
• Extensive occupational health and safety experience is required per seniority level.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety, health, training and compliance services to field operations and leadership.
• Perform advanced KPI analysis and report performance with recommended corrective actions.
• Lead investigations of Health, Safety, Environmental incidents and document outcomes.
• Lead hazard identification and mitigation activities across sites.
• Inspect facilities and worksites and recommend corrective actions for compliance.
• Develop and deliver Health and Safety standards, procedures and training programs.
