Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking an HSE Specialist I to support field operations across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. The role emphasizes inspections, incident reporting, audits, and maintaining client compliance systems like ISNetworld and Avetta.

You will collaborate with frontline staff, leadership, and clients to foster safety culture and continuous improvement while traveling extensively 80%+ and responding to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field or 1+ years of relevant HSE experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state regulations (PADEP, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Competency in Microsoft Office and mobile reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing field demands.
• Must be willing to respond to emergencies on short notice (nights/weekends).
• Monday-Friday | Weekends as needed | On-call availability required.
• Field-based with extensive travel across PA, OH, and WV.

Responsibilities

• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Attend client meetings and manage HSE expectations.

• Remain available for on-call responses to incidents or urgent site needs.
