Job summary

Source One Management Services, LLC seeks licensed Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members. Work autonomously with an 8-day minimum per month, travel within about 60 minutes of your home, and documentation via company iPad.

No prescribing or on-call duties; malpractice insurance and collaborating physicians provided. Quick onboarding—3 to 4 weeks to get you up and running.
