Job summary

VeSync is seeking a Health Promotion Program Lead to design and evolve long-term health promotion initiatives. You will own multi-week programs and help build an industry-leading content library grounded in evidence-based behavioral science.

The role spans collaboration with BeSci, content, and product teams to ensure scalable, high-impact outcomes. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in health coaching or behavioral science, with experience in digital health products, and strong communication and

Qualifications

5+ years in health and wellbeing coaching or behavioral science with long-term program design experience.
Experience shipping digital health or wellness products is a plus.
Deep experience building curricula and content libraries for health/wellness content.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and evolve multi-week health promotion programs grounded in coaching best practices across nutrition, sleep, movement, stress and wellbeing.
Co-create a scalable content library with curricula, modules, exercises, and education.
Ground program design in COM-B, SDT, BCTTv1, MI, and habit formation models.
Set quality standards, style guides, and QA processes for library content.
Iterate programs using engagement data and outcomes feedback.
Support intervention architecture including logic and rule development.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Behavioral Analytics to translate requirements into specs.
