Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in project management.
• Experience in health industry or wellness programming preferred.
• Strong time management and analytical skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of health events and logistics.
• Provide strong leadership of the assigned health projects.
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Delegate project tasks based on team members’ strengths and experience.
• Track project performance to analyze goal completion.
• Manage and report on projects within objectives, timeframe and budget.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust constraints accordingly.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to share with clients and staff.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
• Ensure on-time delivery, within scope and budget.
