Job summary

Manatt Health is seeking analysts to join our team in Boston to support client projects on payment transformation, policy strategy, and market access in health care. You will help develop deliverables, manage projects, and work with cross-functional teams across policy and analytics.

The role emphasizes quantitative and qualitative analyses, data management in spreadsheets, and client-facing material development.

Qualifications

Undergrad degree in health/public policy or related field, with expected spring 2027 graduation.
Internship/volunteer/work experience in health care, health equity, or related fields is valued.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Project management support: logistics, scheduling, budgeting, notes, agendas, follow-ups, and document management.
Qualitative research: literature reviews, abstracting, synthesis of sources.
Track health policy developments and market trends; manage data in spreadsheets/SharePoint/OneDrive.
Support analyses and summarize information with descriptive statistics, tables, and figures.
Contribute to client presentation development and design.
Support client meetings and workshops with materials and insights.
