• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills for correspondence and reports.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan coding: code new business and changes; verify plans on claims system against SPDs.
• Administrative: log work, document resolutions, propose process improvements, SOPs.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant workstation and protect confidential data.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest solutions to save time and reduce costs.
