Job summary

Mercer is seeking a Health Partner to join our Health & Benefits Consulting team. This role will be based in New York, Norwalk, or Boston and is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office each week.

You will lead complex client engagements, develop sophisticated benefits design and renewal strategies, and drive innovative tools to address client challenges. You will be accountable for revenue and profitability and help set strategic direction to grow our market presence.

Job description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health & Benefits Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in New York, Norwalk, or Boston. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Health Partner you will lead complex client engagements, develop sophisticated benefits design and renewal strategies, and drive the creation of innovative tools and solutions to address complex client challenges. You will play a key role in expanding business opportunities and enhancing our market presence.

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $212,000 to $318,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
