Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Client Success Manager within Health & Risk Solutions Stop Loss to guide Health Navigator clients from implementation to ongoing service.

You will serve as the trusted partner to clients, brokers, consultants, and internal teams, coordinating solutions and driving growth, retention, and satisfaction across Sun Life products. The role requires strong relationship-building, health insurance knowledge, and ability to navigate a cross-functional environment, with up to 15%

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Three or more years in client success, account management, or similar roles.
• Experience with health solutions, employee benefits, or related industry preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day relationship for an assigned portfolio of Health Navigator clients.
• Partner with sales and internal teams after new sales intake.
• Lead clients through implementation, enrollment, launch, and ongoing service.
• Build trusted relationships through regular business reviews and check-ins.
• Coordinate across teams to deliver integrated Health Navigator experience.
• Identify and drive resolution of escalated issues.
• Develop and deliver client education through webinars and meetings.
