The team here doesn't dabble in healthcare; we specialize in full-spectrum business representation of healthcare providers and nearly every type of healthcare and wellness industry business. From the corporate needs of a small medical practice to compliance plan development for a pharmacy or laboratory, we've been there. Licensure, certification, accreditation from treatment centers to DME businesses to ASCs, we've done that. Rural hospitals rely on our team for their regulatory and corporate legal needs related to HR and day-to-day operations. We've facilitated financial raises, worked with venture capital and private equity and run transactions in healthcare from home health agency acquisitions to bond-financed healthcare facilities.

Role Description

We are looking for a true legal leader who genuinely loves the private practice of law, thrives on building meaningful relationships, honors the value of time, and has a passion for mentoring and working collaboratively with other attorneys. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delray Beach, FL, designed for an exceptional business attorney with robust healthcare industry experience. Beyond managing a high- level caseload, this leader will champion our firm's collaborative culture, act as a culture leader to sustain a positive and collaborative environment, and help guide the professional growth of our Counsel and Associate teams.

You Will Focus On Sophisticated Corporate Work, Including

• Transactions, sales, and purchases within the healthcare and wellness sectors
• Professional employment and contractor agreements
• Representation of businesses in the wellness sector
• Compound pharmacies
• Management Services Organizations (MSOs)

Key Responsibilities & Leadership Expectations

• Practice & Business Excellence: Effectively practice law utilizing internal firm systems, processes, and support while driving a strong competitive presence.
• Mentorship & Supervision: Directly supervise Associates and aid in Counsel development, serving as a leader of a substantive practice area and collaborating across the firm.
• Culture & Integrity: Embody the core values of the firm (with integrity at the forefront), fostering a collaborative, positive, and growth-oriented workplace.
• Marketing & Thought Leadership: Execute a structured monthly marketing plan (including articles and podcasts) to support firm visibility and industry positioning.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Florida State Bar in good standing
• Minimum of 5 to 7+ years of daily health law experience providing services to healthcare industry clientele
• Demonstrated expertise in healthcare corporate law, compliance, transactions, financial raises, licensure, and accreditation
• A natural affinity for entrepreneurial-minded environments, relationship-building,and attorney mentorship

• Competitive Earning Potential: Built around a performance-aligned structure combining base support, monthly collection thresholds (ranging from 1/3 to 42% or 50% of collections depending on tier), and annual performance bonuses (such as a 10% bonus for exceeding income thresholds).
• Clear Partnership Track: Designed for attorneys who master the practice and business of law using internal firm systems. Lawyers are eligible to transition through Counsel and automatically advance to Partner status upon meeting established income and operational independence milestones .
