Collaboration with research teams will refine evaluation frameworks and ensure regulatory alignment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in health plans or managed care, strong analytical skills, and precise written communication.

Qualificações

• 3+ years experience at a health plan, benefits administrator, TPA, PBM, or managed care organization.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate health plan workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
• Clear written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated outputs related to plan benefit design, coverage determination, and medical necessity criteria.
• Create realistic scenarios based on health insurance workflows including prior authorizations.
• Annotate, label, and validate data across health insurance use cases such as ICD coding accuracy.
• Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in federal/state insurance regulations and payer contracting.
