Job summary

Datavant is an entry-level ROI associate role in Iron Mountain, MI focused on processing medical record requests accurately and in compliance with HIPAA. You will safeguard patient privacy and use multiple systems to handle requests efficiently.

Training is provided, with company equipment supplied and full benefits including PTO, health/vision/dental insurance, 401k, and tuition assistance. The role requires strong data entry, call handling, and ability to work in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology.
• Familiar with different EHR and Billing Systems.
• Experience working with subpoenas.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with Company and Facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and security with all privileged information.
• Maintain working knowledge of Company and facility software.
• Adhere to the Company's and Customer facilities Code of Conduct and policies.
• Inform manager of work, site difficulties, and/or fluctuating volumes.
• Assist with additional work duties or responsibilities as evident or required.
