Southern HealthCare Management is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at our Florida long-term care facility. The role focuses on accurate medical records management, admissions chart preparation, and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in medical records or related healthcare support in LTC/Skilled-Nursing a plus.

• Record keeping and medical records management for a long-term care and short-term rehabilitation / sub-acute care nursing center.
• Prepare charts for new admissions, close medical records upon discharge, maintain physician’s orders and visit schedules, and audit to ensure records management meets center’s policies and procedures, professional standards, and state and federal laws.
