Miller's Health Systems seeks a licensed Health Facility Administrator (HFA) for our skilled nursing facility with memory care in Garrett, Indiana. You will oversee all phases of operations, plan, direct, manage and evaluate patient services in accordance with policy and state/federal regulations.

Our 100% employee-owned company is seeking a licensed Health Facility Administrator (HFA) for our skilled nursing facility which includes a memory care unit in Garrett, Indiana.

As a Health Facility Administrator at Miller’s, you are responsible for oversight of all phases of the operation of your building. You plan, advise, organize, direct, manage and evaluate services provided to the patients and employees, and comply with company policy and the State and Federal regulations governing those services. You function under a larger Corporate structure which offers resources and support and defines policy and reporting requirements.
