Job summary

Barren River District Health Department in Kentucky is seeking a Health Educator split between health education and harm reduction. You will build relationships with community partners to advance maternal/child health initiatives, tobacco prevention, cessation, and policy development.

Based in the district office, this role routinely serves all eight counties, participates in health coalitions, and contributes to syringe services program activities and related health education initiatives.
