Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Data Insights Specialist to leverage SQL, Python and Dataiku to assess network disruptions affecting clients and to support retention and growth across multiple lines of business in the retail pharmacy domain.

The role focuses on producing both standard and custom reports, improving reporting processes, and collaborating with internal teams and external clients. Strong analytical skills, data cleaning and ETL experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and Excel; able to handle data cleaning and ETL.
• Strong analytical and problem solving; able to interpret complex data sets.
• 2+ years of professional analytical experience.
• Experience with Dataiku, Alteryx, or related ETL tools.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Healthcare PBM or related industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL, Excel, Dataiku, Python to produce standard and custom reports for multiple lines of business and clients.
• Identify disruptions to networks when changes occur to retain or win business.
• Develop new solutions to simplify the reporting process.
