Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking a senior Data Analyst to lead important analytics initiatives and drive data-driven decision making across health data and EHR systems.

You will establish enterprise-wide data standards, deploy automation, and manage large-scale databases while ensuring data quality and security in a remote work environment. A Master’s degree with 8–10 years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 8–10 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience with health data development and EHR systems is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain customer clearance as required by contract.

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise-wide data analytics initiatives and aligns with business goals.
• Develops actionable plans for Tribe-specific data, data quality, and IT infrastructure.
• Advances data standards and promotes interoperability across health IT systems.
• Architects and directs analytics vision and an integrated analytics framework enterprise-wide.
• Provides subject matter expertise in analytics and supports executive-level strategic initiatives.
• Leads the analytics team, mentoring talent and ensuring data-driven decision making.
