This role centers on the use, storage, integration, and analysis of prescription drug and healthcare data, delivering reporting and actionable insights to support pharmacy operations, program performance monitoring, and informed business decisions under the guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with four years of related experience substituted for degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operational, data, statistical, and/or financial reporting
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with large data sets in a DBMS (e.g., SQL, SAS, Teradata); programming can substitute for DBMS experience
• Strong analytical, research, data validation, and reporting skills with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of data structures, data analysis, and reporting concepts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize findings clearly

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy operations by assisting with data reporting, analysis, and data management activities
• Develop and maintain reports and analyses related to prescription drug utilization, operational performance, and financial outcomes
• Write and execute data queries and prepare datasets for reporting and analytical use
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and testing to ensure accuracy and completeness of data and reporting outputs
• Assist with data integration, conversion, and transmission activities to support business needs
• Contribute to departmental financial modeling, budgeting, compliance, regulatory reporting, and audit tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Pharmacy, Health Analytics, IT, and EDW to fulfill data and reporting requests and support issue resolution
