++ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:++

  • | Completed district training and hold/obtain CPR Certification, First Aid Certification, Medication Administration training, Blood Borne Pathogen & Communicable Disease training, Infinite Campus training and Immunization training.   • | Ability to respond to health emergencies initially & decide on action. Assist sick children (log in, triage level & response, call parents, and log out). | D | 15% |

  • | Assist with maintenance of the health room, records (health files, immunization records, screening results, staffing reports, etc). Assist school nurse in maintaining the health room responsibilities. | W | 5% |

  • | Enter and maintain enrollment information after registration and update of addresses, phone numbers, emergency information, etc., throughout the school year. Enter and maintain all Health Data information in Infinite Campus for all students after registration, update immunization and health screening results, etc. | W | 10% |
  • | Assists administrative assistant and attendance secretary.Processes incoming and outgoing correspondence as instructed and appropriate. Places and receives telephone calls; routes, and/or records messages. | D | 10% |
  • | Enter data, update records, and maintain transcripts. Maintain confidentiality. Assist with CUM files and filing. Assist with registration. | M | 10% |
