Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Health Care Assurance Partner in Los Angeles with an entrepreneurial mindset. The role focuses on driving services in the LA market, managing client relationships, and expanding the health care assurance book of business.

You will mentor audit staff and collaborate across regions to grow the firm’s health care practice. The candidate should bring 12+ years of public accounting audit experience, an active CPA, and a proven track record in health care audits and business

Qualifications

• 12+ years of audit experience in public accounting.
• Active CPA license in the state of residence (or equivalent).
• Big Four leadership experience preferred.
• Significant audit experience with health care organizations including providers, insurers, services, and related product companies.
• Technical proficiency in financial statement audits of dynamic health care companies with complex transactions (mergers, equity/debt).
• Excellent client service and organizational management skills.
• Proven success in building and sustaining client and people relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of audit solutions for clients and collaborate to introduce other service offerings.
• Represent RSM to clients and prospects in the marketplace.
• Assist in building, developing, and managing a book of business to meet goals.
• Develop and lead audit personnel in client interactions and marketplace activities.
• Develop and execute the Firm's strategy aligned with regional and national growth expectations.
• Support the Audit services line of business as needed with technical involvement.
