Job summary

Walmart Willmar, MN is hiring a Health and Beauty associate to help customers and merchandise displays. You will move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal displays to meet shopper needs.

Available shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing for a part-time role with pay between $15 and $28 per hour plus possible incentives and premiums. Benefits cover health, retirement plans, time off, and education programs.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
