YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Coach to support members at the University Y Student Center in Tacoma. Wage: $17.13 to $19.19 per hour (Compensation is determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, with most new hires starting between the minimum and midpoint of the posted wage range)

As a Health and Wellbeing Coach, you will be expected to serve and build relationships by connecting with members who struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle. You will guide and direct all fitness enthusiasts, regardless of fitness level, through YMCA programs. If hired, you will be expected to treat every participant fairly and equally regardless of circumstances and abilities, making each feel good about themselves while creating an encouraging and fun environment.
