Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence required.
• 1+ years direct care experience preferred, especially in mental health.

Responsibilities

• Drive long distances for placements, appointments, and visits for individuals.
• Escort individuals to appointments such as doctors' visits and discharge as needed.
• Use all safety precautions per guidelines and provide basic patient care in a mental health setting.
• Document daily living skills development and patient data in records.
• Take vital signs and record in the Electronic Medical Record.
