Job summary

Angel Care Home Companion Services in Commack, NY is seeking a compassionate Health Aide to provide in-home health and personal care support, including assisting with daily living activities and monitoring health status. Qualifications

• Valid HHA or PCA certification preferred.
• Experience in home care or elder care setting.

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting with mobility.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation in Commack, NY area a plus.
