Job summary

NiteLines USA is seeking a Health Aide in Savannah, GA, at 1915 Eisenhower Drive. Earn $24.00 per hour and work night shifts 7:00 pm–7:30 am, providing basic patient care and assisting patients in developing daily living skills. This role supports safety and care in a psychiatric healthcare setting.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant experience and current BLS certification. Lifting of 25 lbs and long periods of standing are required.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Answers clients call signals
• Assists in administration of medications and treatments, takes vital signs, and/or draws blood or collects other bodily fluids, as directed by a physician or nurse
• Bathes, grooms, shave and dresses clients
• Conducts activities for recreation and socialization
• Ensures safety and security of clients
• Feeds clients who are unable to feed themselves
• Observes and documents patient data, behavior and activity
• Prepares clients for treatment or examination
• Provides clients with help walking, exercising, and moving in and out of bed
• Transports and/or accompanies clients to treatment units, using a wheelchair or stretcher
• Receives additional training, as required, to gain full proficiency and experience in all areas.

Shifts: 7:00 pm-7:30 am/ 7:00 PM–7:30 AM

Job Description:
