• Comprehensive knowledge of complex management and organizational techniques, systems, and procedures to deal analytically and systemically.
• Knowledge of resolving major conflict in policy and program objectives.
• Ability to apply new theories, concepts and/or development to supply program problems.
• Ability to perform key decision making and policy development responsibilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of advanced principles and practices related to the management of health care delivery systems and the ability to apply this knowledge to solve unique problems.
• Board knowledge of the organization and functions of activities involved in providing administration management.
• Computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of and skill in applying qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques.
