Job summary

MSD Malaysia offers the Future Talent Program internship in the Human Health Division, a 12-week placement with one or more projects in market access. The program provides mentorship and networking opportunities to develop practical skills and plan a future career in pharmaceutical or health care.

You will work on knowledge of healthcare systems, data analysis, strategy execution, and project management, collaborating with market access leaders and cross-functional colleagues to assess trends

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in public health, business, economics, finance, STEM, or other healthcare related field
Available to work full-time for up to 12 consecutive weeks beginning in May or June 2027
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Excel-based analytics capabilities

Responsibilities

Gain familiarity with existing data sources
Gather and analyze data to generate insights
Develop and present case studies on value-based contracting
Collaborate with global stakeholders to accelerate contracting solutions
Create a poster summarizing learnings at internship end
