Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams are responsible for a wide range of activities including financial control, forecasting and budgeting, analysis of financial/business metrics, delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting, development of new reporting capabilities (e.g. dashboards), and advising the line of business CFOs on how to increase profitability and efficiencies.

As a Senior Associate on the Planning and Analysis team, you will be responsible for one of our key financial measures such as expenses, headcount, and profitability modelling, where you will be expected to deliver value-added financial reporting and analysis, and assist with strategic direction and decision making. • Enhance the team’s ability to deliver detailed analysis and reporting for GCB senior management, including preparing presentation materials and improving tracking—such as investments and efficiencies—through automations as well as dashboard utilization.
  • Work closely with regional P&A leads to coordinate headcount and expense reporting, providing insights that support informed business decisions across regions.
  • Facilitate timely sharing and proactive reconciliation of monthly reports with other departments, such as Marketing and HR, to ensure data accuracy and cross-functional alignment.
  • Strengthen internal controls by conducting regular monthly checks, documentation, and ensuring accuracy in financials.
  • Support budget rounds for headcount and expenses by conducting trend analysis, collecting, and validating data, performing variance analysis, and preparing comprehensive system budget submissions
  • Bring transparency on Allocations flowing to GCB in the booking model and help management decipher the cost of doing business

  • Inquisitive, enthusiastic and diligent, and capable of challenging peers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly
  • Strong storytelling and presentation building skills with an ability to craft and deliver executive level presentations
  • Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and FP&A Teams
