Qualifications

• Fellowship Headache Medicine and Facial Pain required or equivalent.
• Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in multiple boards as listed.
• Illinois medical license or pending is required.
• Controlled Substance License in Illinois or pending.

Responsibilities

• Team-based care model within a high-volume neurology clinic.
• Manage patients with chronic migraine, tension-type headaches, medication overuse, and post-traumatic headaches.
• Collaborate with fellowship-trained headache specialists and neurology subspecialists.
• Utilize in-clinic procedures such as Botox, nerve blocks, and infusion therapies.
• Academic involvement and teaching opportunities if desired.

Education

Fellowship Headache Medicine and Facial Pain

Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in ABPN or Anesthesia, PM&R, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine

Medical License in the State of Illinois or pending
