Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a fellowship-trained Headache Neurologist to join the Neurology Department in Morristown and Pompton Plains, NJ. You will build Headache and General Neurology programs with a multidisciplinary team, including 34 neurologists and 11 APPs, within a large health system.

The role is a full-time outpatient position with 8am-5pm hours, mix of Headache and General Neurology, 20% procedure time for botulinum toxin injections and nerve blocks, plus about 10 overnight calls per

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible neurologist with fellowship training in Headache.
• Completion of an accredited Neurology residency and Headache fellowship.
• Licensed or eligible for medical practice in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient neurology care focusing on Headache and General Neurology.
• Perform botulinum toxin injections and related procedures ~20% of time.
• Share overnight on-call coverage ~10 days per year for practice and hospital.
