Job summary

University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and UPMC seek a faculty candidate in the Headache Division to serve as a clinician or clinician-scientist. The position is under the leadership of Dr. Page B. Pennell and Dr. Robert Kaniecki.

Requirements include an MD/DO, completion of a Headache fellowship, and board certification or eligibility in Neurology and Headache Medicine with ability to obtain an unrestricted PA license. Collaboration across neurology and concussion programs is expected.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with completed Headache fellowship.
• The applicant must be board certified or eligible in Neurology and Headache Medicine with the ability to obtain an unrestricted PA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care as a clinician or clinician-scientist in the Headache Division.
• Collaborate with neuro-ophthalmology, neurovestibular, psychiatry and neurosurgical colleagues and with the UPMC Concussion program.
• Leverage available clinical research funds if desired.
