Job summary

The University of Michigan Department of Neurology seeks an outstanding clinician with fellowship training and/or substantial expertise in the diagnosis and management of headache disorders.

This individual will join a team of 2 neurologists and 2 nurse practitioners in providing personalized, interdisciplinary care in the UM Headache and Pain Disorders clinic, which operates in close alliance with the UM dept of anesthesiology.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training and/or substantial expertise in headache disorders.
• Board certified or board eligible in Neurology.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in the UM Headache and Pain Disorders clinic.
• Collaborate with a team of 2 neurologists and 2 nurse practitioners.
• Offer procedures such as Botox and nerve blocks; participate in clinical trials if available.

Job description

The University of Michigan Department of Neurology seeks an outstanding clinician with fellowship training and/or substantial expertise in the diagnosis and management of headache disorders.

This individual will join a team of 2 neurologists and 2 nurse practitioners in providing personalized, interdisciplinary care in the UM Headache and Pain Disorders clinic, which operates in close alliance with the UM dept of anesthesiology. The primary focus of this clinical (non-tenure) track position is clinical care, with opportunities to practice major procedures (Botox, nerve blocks etc), with also the option of participating in clinical trials.

Applicants must be board certified/board eligible in Neurology and eligible to work in the United States.
