Job summary

The position offers a stipend of $10,311.00.

Qualifications

• Must hold NJDOE Teacher Certification or valid Burlington County Substitute Teacher Certification.
• Minimum experience in wrestling, as determined by the Board.
• Knowledge of injury prevention and human growth and development.

Location: Burlington County Institute of Technology - Westampton Campus

Position Summary: BCIT is seeking a dedicated Head Wrestling Coach to join our athletic program. The ideal candidate will hold a NJDOE Teacher Certification or a valid Burlington County Substitute Teacher Certification and have prior experience in wrestling. Candidates should be familiar with NJSIAA rules and regulations and demonstrate knowledge in sports training and conditioning, injury prevention and management, and principles of human growth and development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. This position requires varied hours.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and instruction as the Head Wrestling Coach. Ensure compliance with NJSIAA rules and regulations. Develop and implement training, conditioning, injury prevention, and development programs. Communicate effectively with athletes, staff, and parents. Manage scheduling, practices, and meets in coordination with school athletics staff.

• Minimum experience in wrestling, as determined by the Board
