Job summary

Grand Rapids Community College (GRCC) invites applications for Head Women’s Soccer Coach. This adjunct faculty role leads all phases of the program, aligns with NJCAA rules, recruits student-athletes, and collaborates with coaches and athletic staff to support academic success and competitive excellence.

The position is part-time for the winter semester, with 80% pay in fall and 20% in winter; an annual compensation of $7,775 under the Faculty Association agreement.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the women’s soccer program.
• Ensure compliance with college, conference, and NJCAA policies.
• Support academic success of student‑athletes.
• Recruit student‑athletes by personal contact, video review and visits.
• Coordinate recruiting visits and tryouts.
• Manage equipment and budget within GRCC guidelines.
• Attend practices, games and team activities.
