Head Varsity Girls' Softball Coach

Location: Two Rivers High School

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the softball program.
• Connect with and help build the entire softball program in the district.
• Meet the requirements by the MSHSL to be a head varsity coach.
• Monitor and maintain the discipline and conduct of student-athletes to support the culture of Two Rivers High School and the activities department.
• Follow all policies and procedures set forth by the school district and activities department.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with all members of Two Rivers High School and the communities we serve.
• Embrace the MSHSL "Why We Play" concept.
• Hold safe, structured, and fundamental-based practices.
• Supervise and provide a positive experience for all student-athletes.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
