North Ridgeville City Schools is seeking a Varsity Softball Coach dedicated to developing student-athletes on and off the field. The role emphasizes character development, discipline, and skill progression under the guidance of the Athletic Department.
The ideal candidate will hold required coaching credentials, uphold district policies, and plan practices, tryouts, and safety protocols while modeling sportsmanship. This stipend position fosters growth within a competitive high school program.
Must have valid BCI, FBI, CPR, First Aid for Coaches, Fundamentals of Coaching, Concussion Training, Mental Health, Sudden Cardiac Arrest (Lindsay's Law) and a Pupil Activity Permit on file with HR/Personnel Office PRIOR to student contact.

Responsible for coaching, character development, discipline, skill development and providing direction to student athletes.
The employee shall remain free of any alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substance in the workplace throughout his/her employment in the District.
In addition, the employee shall be free of any substance, prescribed or otherwise, that impairs the employee's work performance or the safety of other while on duty.
Compensation will be $7,500
