Job summary

Young World Physical Education is seeking a Head Athletic Coach for Hedrick Middle School in Medford, Oregon. The coach will oversee the varsity team and ensure the athletic program meets educational and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience of the sport assigned is preferred.
• Knowledge of the fundamentals and techniques of the sport.
• Must possess a current First Aid card within one month of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the athletic program and coach the varsity team.
• Develop training programs to enhance athletes' skills.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and school policy.

Skills

Knowledge of sport rules and regulations

Demonstrate basic skills of assigned sport

Education

Valid Oregon teacher certification preferred
