Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enforce Caswell County athletic policies and ensure staff compliance.
• Coordinate pre-season meetings, clinics, and staff trainings.
• Manage budgeting, equipment inventory, and resource allocation.
• Supervise staff, evaluate assistants, and ensure discipline and safety.
• Assist Athletic Director and Principal with program planning and policy recommendations.
• Support athletes in academics and character development.
